To mark the end of Portishead Open Air Pool’s 2022 heated season and to celebrate its free for life Truespeed broadband connection going live, we are delighted to announce we are funding a FREE day at Portishead Open Air Pool for the local community.
On Saturday 29 October, we will be offering free 90-minute swim sessions from 10am to 5.15pm at Portishead Open Air Pool for the local community. To make our Halloween extravaganza an extra special and spooky occasion, the water will be dyed a luxuriant pink to match our brand colour in celebration of providing the pool with free broadband. Spooky Halloween decorations will add to the seasonal atmosphere and everyone is encouraged to dress in Halloween costumes and join in the fun.
As a community-focused company, we’re delighted to be hosting this free, family friendly event free and everyone is welcome to come along and watch. When you aren’t splashing around in the bright pink pool, Truespeed will be on hand dishing out Halloween goody bags and hosting an array of family-friendly games with loads of prizes to be won. We’ll also be available to answer any questions about our ultrafast broadband as local residents can now get connected to some of the fastest broadband speeds in the world.
On top of swimming and loads of fun games, at 1.30pm spectators will be treated to a super display from Bristol synchronised swimming team Almost Synchro before the afternoon sessions restart at 2.15pm.
