Our mission is to bring ultrafast, full-fibre broadband to communities that other providers have overlooked. We never consciously build where full-fibre is already available. Other providers may follow us, but it’s always our aim to be the first to serve the areas we build to.
It means that in many cases, the speeds we offer are vastly better than our customers are used to. Somerset broadband users are typically served by part-fibre, providing download speeds of just 31 to 81 Mbps, which is 48% lower than the UK average.
