But unlike providers – who connect fibre lines to a cabinet up the road and leave the rest to an old copper wire – our network sees us install ultrafast, full-fibre lines directly to the properties we serve.

When it comes to building our network, we always try to utilise existing infrastructure (such as telephone poles and ducts) wherever it’s practically possible for us to do so.
When we have to build an infrastructure of our own, disruption is unfortunately unavoidable. But this short-term disruption presents plenty of long-term benefits.
