About Truespeed
We’re on a mission to transform connectivity across the South West with our ultrafast, full-fibre broadband. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a talented expert to take ownership of our Direct Marketing and CRM strategy and help us achieve ambitious growth.
The Role
In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, executing, and optimising Truespeed’s CRM strategy and campaigns across multiple Direct Marketing channels. You’ll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring our customer contact activities directly support our commercial goals. You will work alongside our Sales, Customer Contact and Digital teams to maximise Truespeed’s growth.
This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of CRM system operations, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate should expect to spend 2-3 days a week in Truespeed’s Bath HQ office and occasionally travel to operating regions/markets.
