Join Truespeed – Connecting Rural Communities with Ultrafast Broadband
Love talking to people and hitting targets? Join Truespeed’s sales team and help us bring next-level broadband to homes and businesses in rural areas.
Who we are:
At Truespeed, we’re not just building a network — we’re building a future where communities in the East have access to ultrafast, reliable full-fibre broadband. As a regional altnet challenger, we’re doing things differently, putting our customers first and rolling out fibre where it’s needed most.
What’s the role about?
This isn’t your average sales job. As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be out and about in local communities, talking to people, spreading the word about our ultrafast broadband, and helping them make the switch.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
Canvass door-to-door – you’ll be out meeting people face-to-face, canvassing door-to-door to raise awareness and drive new customer sign-ups
Be the face of Truespeed – attend local events and community meetings, chat with locals, respond to queries, and promote the benefits of our ultrafast broadband
Deliver results – achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned area by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into customers
Build relationships that last – work with local councillors, MPs, and community leaders to support rollouts
Collaborate and support – work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to deliver local campaigns and share valuable customer insights
Every day will be different — one day you could be door-knocking and chatting to residents, the next you might be attending a local event or meeting a councillor.

Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
Computer literate and comfortable using digital tools to manage leads and reporting
Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn – with a willingness to undertake further training
