How we build our network

We want to ensure all our customers get what they pay for, and sometimes a little more so a lot goes into the planning and building of our full-fibre network whilst making sure that you are informed throughout our entire process.

Plan

We look for areas that we can serve near to our current network and plan how to build it.

Design

We map out the agreed areas, where the cabinets need to be placed and how many properties will be served.

Build

Our team then have the go ahead to lay our fibre cables into the ground or above on existing telephone poles.

Test

Quality assurance is paramount to us so we ensure that our infrastructure is working perfectly before we allow it into the next stage.

Connect

Our team of installers come over to set up your router and get you connected to ultrafast full-fibre broadband.
