What you’ll be doing

This is a key role at the heart of our business. You’ll be the voice of Truespeed, ensuring every customer receives friendly, professional, and efficient service—whether by phone, email, social media, or live chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries across multiple channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Taking ownership of requests and complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Supporting complaint resolution to ensure customers feel heard and valued
  • Calling customers to book installations, explain the process, and answer questions
  • Problem-solving and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer journey
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues and keeping systems up to date
  • Supporting the wider team with additional duties to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Experienced in B2C customer service (call centre, retail, or similar)
  • Confident in handling complaints through to resolution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication
  • Able to explain complex topics in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • A good listener who can identify customer needs and guide conversations effectively
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and professional when supporting a wide range of customers
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated by delivering excellent service
  • Positive, approachable, and a true team player

  • Location: Bath
  • Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE + commission
  • Hours: Full-time, permanent
  • Shift pattern: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays worked on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu)
