To help advance our already exceptional full-fibre broadband experience, we’ve announced a step change in technology by partnering with Linksys, a market leader in wireless connectivity for homes and businesses, to provide our customers with superior whole-home connectivity.
With the new, state-of-the-art Wi-Fi 6 router, Truespeed customers can now enjoy dramatically improved Wi-Fi performance alongside added benefits including parental and device control to safeguard children’s online activity 24-7, guest Wi-Fi for up to 50 people and the ability to change Wi-Fi name and password all through a convenient app.
We’re also offering a new Mesh Wi-Fi solution which enables customers to add up to three additional Mesh units and extend their Wi-Fi network across the whole home for seamless, interruption-free internet use.
Truespeed’s first Mesh Wi-Fi customer has already gone live and the enhanced technology has transformed his online experience.

The new Linksys router is provided as standard on Truespeed’s 300Mbps package and above. Existing customers and people taking 150Mbps products can upgrade their router for a one off £40 activation fee. Mesh Wi-Fi nodes can be added for just £7 per month (inc. VAT) on a monthly rolling contract.
