Switching to Truespeed
Switching to truly better broadband is easier than you may think. There’s just 3 simple steps to getting better broadband!
Step 1
Join us
Once you’ve checked your postcode to make sure we’re in your area, choose the speed that’s right for you from our four packages. You’ll also have the option to add a landline and additional Mesh Wi-Fi nodes when you order, or you can add them later instead – no problem!
You can do it all online, or you can give us a call on 01225 300370 to go through everything if you’d rather.
Step 2
Book your switch date
Next, you’ll be asked to book a preliminary installation date. The installation usually takes less than an hour to complete. We’ll call to confirm your installation once your order has been processed, and we can normally use the new One-Touch-Switch process to cancel your old broadband contract for you at this time.

Then simply set up a direct debit and complete your order. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until we connect you, and you will always be notified before any payment is taken. You have a full 30 days after you have been connected to change your mind if you’re not totally happy.
Step 3
Contact your existing supplier
Once you’ve been installed and everything is working as it should, then if we haven’t managed your switch for you already, you can let your existing supplier know you’re leaving them for someone better.
We do it that way so you’re never without a working broadband and Wi-Fi connection.
