When you join Truespeed we install a brand new full fibre line into your home, which means you can keep your old service going on your existing line until you’re happily up and running with us. So there’s no risk of you being without broadband, even for a minute.

Installation only takes 90 minutes and is easier than you might think. We will run the fibre cable above or below ground, depending on your location. And, in the rare event that we do need to dig on your property, we’ll do so only with your permission and where it will create the least disruption.
