Are you a commercially astute, customer-focused strategist ready to shape and evolve cutting-edge broadband and telecom propositions? We’re looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to lead the development and execution of our product and proposition strategy across B2C and B2B portfolios.
About the Role:
As our Senior Propositions Manager, you’ll take ownership of our product portfolio – defining new propositions, enhancing existing offerings, and leading the go-to-market strategy across all channels. This is a high-impact role that blends insight-driven strategy, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our product and proposition portfolio
Define and implement go-to-market plans, including target audience insights, commercial targets, pricing strategy, and customer experience design
Drive the roadmap for new customer acquisition and renewal propositions across all sales and marketing channels
Collaborate across functions (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Tech, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure alignment and flawless execution
Build robust business cases, track performance metrics, and develop mitigation strategies where needed
Provide compelling proposition narratives and training materials for frontline teams.
Act as a key interface with Technology teams to ensure commercial alignment in product delivery
About You:
Strategic, data-driven thinker with a flair for turning insight into action.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Subscription or Services Marketing, Product Marketing or Project Management, ideally within telecoms, broadband, utilities, or similar sectors
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
Strong commercial skills: P&L ownership, ARPU analysis, and customer lifetime value modelling
Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including ELT/SLT
Deep understanding of broadband or telecom pricing models and consumer behaviour
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional UK travel
Able to distil complexity into clear and actionable stragergy
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
Experience in the UK broadband/telecoms market is highly desirable.
