We are one of only three network providers to have met the tough criteria for this brand-new quality mark for full-fibre providers, and we’re excited to share this with our customers and supporters!

What this means for customers is complete transparency. Basically, consumers and businesses can choose any provider with the INCA Gold full-fibre accreditation safe in the knowledge that they are getting ‘built to last’ full-fibre services.

This is important because, for far too long, customers have been bombarded with confusing adverts that make false fibre promises. And they have been handing over their hard-earned cash to part-fibre broadband providers where loading Netflix and online gaming can often slow to a snail’s pace at peak periods when the whole family and all the neighbours are online. We believe customers deserve better.

To get the gold, naturally, we had to jump through a few hoops. First, our customer care had to be top-notch. No waiting on hold for hours or dodging your emails – our customers are our number one priority. We also had to demonstrate a commitment to clear marketing. No false promises here, we will only promise what we know we can deliver on. And, most importantly, we deliver a full-fibre, fast, reliable connection that will last for generations to come!
