You can add up to 3 Mesh devices to your service, depending on the size of your home. To add a Mesh Wi-Fi System, we will need to upgrade your current router to our latest Wi-Fi 6 model. There is a one-off payment of £40 Router Upgrade free which will be added to your first invoice after your Mesh service has started.
Your new Mesh Wi-Fi devices will be posted to you and will come with a simple step-by-step guide. You can find a copy of the guide here.
If you have a landline with us and wish to keep your landline when you upgrade to your new router, you will also receive a new device to connect your telephony service to your new Linksys router. This is called a Grandstream. There will be a one-off £20 fee for the Grandstream phone line adaptor. The Grandstream will be posted to you with your new router and will come with a simple step-by-step guide on how to install it. You can find a copy of the Grandstream guide here.
